Many of the stressors that our clients deal with include burnout, life transitions, stagnation, relationships, Imposter Syndrome, perfectionism, high achievement/striving, complex family dynamics, anxiety and depression symptoms management, addictions, or simply feeling "stuck."
The goal is to find your peace and recognize that you are not separated by your mental, physical, & spiritual health but interdependently connected by them. We use approaches but not limited to solution focus, person-centered, mindfulness-based, reality therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, & cognitive behavioral therapies to address the whole person rather than just one isolated health component. Our non-judgmental methods of treatment will empower you while promoting mindfulness.
